Hi Team, I have this scenario and requesting you to help me:
1) I was in USA on L1B from Nov 2013 to 30 June 2016) and returned back to in June 30 because L1B extension was denied in June 2016.
2) I have applied H1B (Change of Status from L1B to H1B) and name came in lottery in June 2016 (When I was in USA) and I returned to India on June 2016 after denial of L1B Extension.
3) I got H1B approval notice in Sept 2016 and got stamped on Nov 2016.
4) My H1B approval and stamping is still valid.
5) I have never travelled on H1B Visa and now I have filled H1B amendment to travel with different customer.
So my question is what will be the duration of my stay when i will go this time to USA? 6 years or time which i spent on L1B will be minus from 6 yrs?
