I have consular processing H1B up to Oct 2020. I am working in EVC model. My employer recently filed H1B amendment, got RFE and denied. I didn?t know the RFE denial reason yet. I have my STEM OPT upto Jan 2019. Please suggest me the possible options remained for me.
