Valid I-94, Expired Visa date on Passport

Hi ,

I am on L1 visa with a Valid i-94 card till May 2008.

Office at chennai consulate has issued visa for one year i.e from May 27,2005 to May 26,2006.

Do i need to tavel to india,mexico or canada for stamping. Is my status still valid one. Let me know what sould i do now.

You can stay in US till I-94 date(in your case May 08).If you travel outside US now, you need to have your new Visa stamp.So keep in mind if you travel outside US you will need to have new Visa stamp.But you are ok if you are in US till may 08
