H1B visa revok process in progress, how to update sevis to F1 again for OPT ext
Hello,
My H1 got picked from employer A this year, then i switched companies from employer A to employer B. Employer A has started the revocation process, i need to renew my opt which ends in dec. Current status shows as H1B employer A says they didn't receive notice yet regarding H1B revocation from USCIS. My University cannot reset my sevis status without any receipt notice. Can anyone suggest what options i have right now ? Am i out of status now ?
