Hello All
I am currently on H1B ( finished 4 years ) and planning to go to school to my masters ( my first masters at top 20 university) in Spring 2019. I wanted to know if I will have any issues with applying for consular processing for H1-B to F1 conversion. I currently do not have PERM or i140 approved. I do not want to do COS as it takes long time ( 9-12 months ) for H1-B to be converted to F1. Can I if I will face any issues with consular processing?
Can you guys share any experiences you had with the conversion from H1-B to F1 via consular processing in India?
