H4 Visa for H1B extended

Hi,
I got my H1B extended. My existing visa on passport is expired and not planning for going to stamping anytime soon. My family is currently in India. Planning to send my family for H4 Visa stamping in India for first time with the Extended H1B documents.
Since my H1 stamping is expired, does it cause problems for H4 stamping?
