H1 Transfer - H4 reappearing for stamping again ? pls suggest !

Hi,

My husband got his H1 transferred recently from company A to company B. I am on H4 stamped based on his old H1 which expires in Sep 2007. We havent yet applied for a transfer of my H4 based on his new H1 approval.

Now if I'm planning to visit India in November,

1. Do we have to apply for a transfer of my H4 under the new employer ?
2. Do I have to go for stamping again in Nov/Dec if I visit India based on the new H1 of my husband ? or can I travel on the H4 I already have?

Pls suggest asap since I need to book an appointment if I have to go for stamping again.

All suggestions are welcome.

2.You can travel with your old visa.Just carry the new I-797 at the Port of entry
