Hi,
I previously had an H1 approval from BCIS in the year 2003 but I circumstances were such that I had to leave that company at that time, so the petition wasn't sent to me at all. Now I'm with another company and am currently in the US on L1. Now that I'm planning to shift my company and the cap for 2007 fiscal has been reached, is it fine to contact the old company to take me into their US operations with the old petition?
