    Visa Dates in Ottawa/Toronto

    Hello All,

    I have my visa appointment in Ottawa on Nov 20th 2018. I need an appointment before that but I do not see any dates available. Is there a pattern when the dates will be open like specific times?
    Also if anyone is cancelling their dates please please please message me. I really need to prepone my date. Toronto is ok too. Thank You so much.

    is this a visa to come to the US? if so are you a Canadian citizen?

      I am doing a 1st time H1 to H4 COS. I am not a canadian citizen.
