Hi,
I registered my profile in us travel docs using my gmail account and used it for scheduling the appointment for my wife (H4) last year. I used the same profile for scheduling my appointment(H1) in this month. It got scheduled and I could see appointment confirmation page. I was told by somebody that each person should have his or her own profile. so, I called customer care and they asked me to send an email to [email protected]. They haven't got back to me. I have my stamping scheduled for next week. Could any one tell me if it is ok to travel to India for stamping or is it better to cancel the appointment and schedule a new appointment through a new profile?
