H1b Stamping with 797 C instead of 797 A

Hi,

My fresh H1b got approved and got the 797 C courtesy copy on 18th October .
Due to my family emergency I need to travel to my home country.
My question is can I go for stamping with 797 C.Because currently my employer/attorney did not receive the original 797 A.

Please help me regarding this.
