My wife's H4 will expire in 4 months (in March 2019). My H-1B will expire in 9 months(August 2019), and I will file H-1B extension in February 2019.
Right now, does my wife need to file i-539 to extend her stay to August first (based on my current H-1B expiration date)? and then file another i-539 together with me when I submit my extension for H1B in February 2019? Thanks.
