Travelling with H4 with 6 months left on I-94

Hi All,

My spouse and kid (both on H4) want to travel to India and return with just about 180 days months left on their existing I-94. However my H1B extension process (along with theirs) might just about start around that time. Will there be any problems while entering the US?
