H1 transfer maximum limit

Hi,

I am working on H1 visa from last 5 years 8 months. I have worked for Company A for 2.3 years, company B for 1.2 Year and Company C for 2.3 months (Got approved i-140 with this company).
Can I switch to a new employer? will it be any problem?
