Hello All,
My H1B extension was denied last week (while my I-94 got expired 55 days and my employer is planning to file a "Motion to Reopen". Couple of questions -
1. What is the processing time for MTR?
2. Can I stay in the UnitedStates until a decision is made?
3. If I stay, how long can I stay with no consequences during future visa stamping etc.
Please suggest.
