H1B Extension Approved but EOS denials Still not received i797
Hello guys I need your help, Now I’m in Thailand, My H1b extention approved on 16 August 2018 but EOS denied it said on Decision Letter im not in US while I applied extension and i need consulate processs. untill now my pettitioner and lawyer still haven’t received I-797. My lawyer called USCIS last month they said they sent approval notice it while ago ! but how come my lawyer and my pettitioner didn’t receive. Then they said they will re send it again wait for 30 days, untill now its been more than 30 days they still haven’t received it. What should I do next ? I still can’t go consulate for H1B visa interview right ? Since I still haven’t received i797. Has anyone experienced like this before? I need your suggestion. I have to file i824 to get duplicates letter (processing time 3-8 months)
