Hi Team,
My H1B CAP is ending on 06/09/2019. My employer is going to file the PERM in next 1 month (hope so). Meanwhile, I would like to ask for H1B to L1A conversion (which I will get one more year of stay in US). Do you think that is a right option to ask for conversion and what is the possibility of getting approval? I am having total 11 years experience and only 8 months with current employer. Is this experience will be enough for the conversion?
