Hi all,
I recently switched jobs to a new employer after working for around 16 months for my previous employer. My first H1B with my former employer is issued for 3 years (until March 2020) and the current H1B transfer application is still under process.
I would need to travel to India and my university says that I can go for a visa interview with my former H-1B since it has a validity end date of Mar 2020. Can someone verify this?
