how Travel ban affects H1B visa holders?
I have a valid H1b and I come from one of the countries listed in Travel Ban. there is a medical emergency situation ( my father is in ICU) and I need to travel to my home country, but I don't know if I would allowed to re-enter the States or not because of my country of origin.
P.S. my 1-485 is pending and I have requested expedite processing on grounds of emergency; however, I don't know how soon it will be processed so I am trying to see through all possible options that makes international travel and return possible for me. I appreciate expert legal advice.
