hello Guys,
i need your help to understand my current situation !!
My i-94 is expiring 12/31/18 and my current employer is filing Extension and meanwhile i have offer from new employer and they have already submitted transfer application to USCIS (mid of NOV) and i think it will take around 3 months to review application.
Question:
what if transfer application is approved first before my current employer extension , in this case do i need to travel abroad and get it stamped to start working with new employer and what in case of vice-versa ?
