What is impact after getting 221 (g) temporary refusal (admin processing)?

After my interview for H1B visa in US consulate I got 221 (g) refusal (admin processing), I'm waiting for the decision. If I get visa approval and go on this visa to work in US, what can the impact be of such refusal for me in future during work visa transfer or visa extension or when applying for permanent residency?
