Hi,
I may have to go to India around May 2019 for some personal reasons and since my employer does not have a branch in India, he may have to withdraw my H1B, if I move out.
PERM approved on July 31, 2018
I -140 approved on Oct1, 2018
H1B six years to be maxed out on July 7, 2019
I may get an H1B extension from this employer, to be filed around Mar 2018 in Premium hopefully.
1) If let’s say, I get an extension beyond July 7,2019 from current employer, but the H1B will be withdrawn if I move out, could this extended term benefit at all in India with a different employer in future ?
2) If in future, a different employer, has to file H1B petition for me from India, will it be cap–exempt ? If yes, is it only applicable if done within certain few future years ?
