L1 to H1 status change - consular notification - I94 query
Hello,
My current L1-B visa petition expires on 15/01/2019 and same is the date on current I-94 form.
I was picked in H1-B lottery this year and plan to get a new H1-B visa in Jan'19 in India.
Do I need to enter USA before 15/01/2019 with new H1-B visa stamped and submit a new I-94 to HR for payroll continuation(I-9 form) ?
