Hello,
My wife and child had their H4 visas stamped at the end of 2017 along with my H1. I have since travelled to US but my wife and kid have not yet travelled on this visa. We are now planning a trip to US for my wife and kid by mid of this year. One of my friends happened to mention that H4 visas require a first travel within a year of stamping date. I am not able to find this mentioned anywhere and hence thinks this could be just wrong information. However, I just wanted to have this verified from esteemed members of this forum. Could you please let me know the veracity of this statement?
