H1 Stamping after 9years - stuck since Nov13

Hope no one is facing this situation, any info or advice highly appreciated

Attended interview Nov13 - Canada
Interview was cleared was asked to collect passport in 7 days
Nov14th - got email to send all previous i797
CEAC Status - Admin Processing
DEC 14th Admin Processing Changed to Application Received - under review/check after 2days message
Update on 20th - same message
Till Date - 1/10/2019 - Same Message
Called them - same message

Same employer since beginning.

is anyone facing same issue? can you please share or suggest
