H1 Stamping after 9years - stuck since Nov13

Hope no one is facing this situation - please advice if you have any knowledge

Ist Stamping after 9years Canada Ottawa

Nov 6th - Interview - was told everything is ok - collect passport in 7 days
Nov 7th - got an email to submit all old i797s - sent same day
Nov 8th CeAC Status - Admin Processing
Dec 14th - CEAC - Changed to Application Received
Dec 20th - CEAC Date update - same status - Under review /check within 2 days
Jan 10th - Same status

really worried what's happening - same update when we inquire via phone/email etc.,
