Hi,
I have already taken appointment for visa interview in Chennai by November end. Currently I'm working as a contractor through a consultant. But 2 days back, my company(where I'm working-not the consultant) offering me a full time employee position. If I accept that offer, I have to do the H1B transfer again. Also I need to make changes in the visa interview application form. SO my question is, can I use the same date if I make a change in the appication form??
