H1-B Transfer on Receipt Number

Hi All,

I worked with Company A and my I-94 is valid till Sep-2019. Recently, I moved to company B on H1-B receipt number.
I got another offer from company C and they are ready to file H1-B transfer.
Will there be any issue for transferring the H1-B to company C.

As long as the next company is willing to take over your H1B visa you should have no problem. H1B does not limit the number of companies owning your visa - rather it limits you from doing two jobs at one time. Here is a nice video that talks about some things to remember during H1B transfer.
