Mr.X got my H1B approved on Feb-08-2018, Mr.X resigned/last date with my company A on March-09-2018 and joined company B (who sponsored my H1B) on April-01-2018.
Mr.X will be going for visa interview and here are the question for filling DS 160:
1. Some of the blogs saying L1B will be void right after H1b approval and we should not work. Will there be any issue in this case as Mr.X worked for almost 1 month post approval. (In this case Mr.X came to know about H1B approval after 2 weeks and 2 weeks for notice period that's why Mr.X have 1 month post approval)
2. Mr.X joined company B(who sponosred my H1B) on April-01. Will this be an issue as Mr.X have gap for lamost 20 days (March-09 ~ April-01) ?
3. Is that okay if Mr.X adjust the dates while filling ds160 to cover the gap ?
