This is regarding L1B to H1B visa change of status timelines/grace period
I got my H1B approved on Feb-08-2018, I resigned/last date with my company A on March-09-2018 and joined company B (who sponsored my H1B) on April-01-2018.
I will be going for visa interview and here are the question for filling DS 160:
1. Some of the blogs saying L1B will be void right after H1b approval and we should not work. Will there be any issue in this case as I worked for almost 1 month post approval. (In this case I came to know about H1B approval after 2 weeks and 2 weeks for notice period that's why I worked for 1 month post approval)
2. I joined company B(who sponosred my H1B) on April-01. Will this be an issue as I have gap for lamost 20 days (March-09 ~ April-01) ?
3. Is that okay if I adjust the dates while filling ds160 to cover the gap ? What should be the dates that I would need to fill in my ds160 (H1B stamping) to be on safer side.
