I think I seem to have a unique situation here because i was not able to find any information related to this:
I am eligible for all the drop box criteria but need need your urgent clarification on one of the criteria below:
"If I am applying for an H or L (individual) or R visa, my prior visa in the same class is still valid or expired within the last 12 months." - Need Clarification
My latest H1B Visa Expiry date - 2/2/2018.
I am travelling to India on 31st Jan 2019 from USA and reaching on 2nd Feb 2019 which is exact 12 months. 2nd and 3rd Feb are weekends and the VAC is closed.
I am completing my DS-160 and as of today i am eligible for drop box when i pay the fees. Will VAC accept my documents on 4th Feb 2019. Please confirm asap?
