I am on H1-B visa and I-797 is valid till Mar 2021. My I-140 is approved through my previous employer. Due to some personal reason, I have to go to my home country. To go back to home country, I will be leaving my current employer who holds my H1 visa. I have plans to come back to US after a year.
1. Can I come back to USA on the same H1 visa after a year, through a different employer?
2. Is there a reentry permit on H1-B visa?
3. What will happen to I-140 status?
