Is i539 mandatory for H4 Dropbox
I Have my current visa (H4) stamping valid till Jun 20 2019 with employer A. My husband's H1 stamping (Employer A) is also valid till Jun 20 2019, but his approved petition with current Employer B is valid till Apr 2021. Can we go for H1 and H4 dropbox with my husband's approved petition.
