Hi,
My current H1 is valid till May 2021. Due to change in Job Title and Client Location, my employer filed Amendment and received Amendment Receipt.
Questions:
1) Can my wife (on H4) go for H4 stamping while H1 Amendment is in Process?
2) If yes, do we need to mention both I 797 receipt numbers (current H1 Approval Receipt # and Amendment Receipt #) in DS 160?
