My H1 stamp on passport will be expired in Nov 2006. But I have valid I-94 till may 2008.
I know that , I can stay here until my i-94 is expired legally. But If I want to go to india and come back then I have to get stamped again while coming back.
So , I am planning to goto Mexico for renewing my visa. Is it safe to goto mexico ? what all the documents i have to carry for consulate.
Initially , I came to US on company "abc" and now moved to "XYZ". will this be an issue with mexican consulate?
I am planning to get my parents in december. Should I be on valid visa before my parents come here ?
