Hi,
I have currently accepted an offer from employer B and they have told me that my transfer and extension would take 3weeks. This is the first time they are hiring an H1b and my visa expires in August.
Iam in a dilemma now. It's been over a week that I have submitted all my documents to their attorney of employer B so far, there is no response. I have reached the HR and he said it takes about 3weeks for the process and they are okay for me to join on the receipt. However, a friend of mine told me that many times companies may revoke the offer letter. Is that true? Ideally when should I reign from my current employer?
Usually how long it takes for a transfer and extension under premium? Iam I rushing through it? Or is this very normal with these American companies?
Its bit scary when there is limited to no response from them after they send you an offer letter. Please advice what should be my next plan of action and has anyone been in such situation?
