H1B visa stamping - pls advise

I came to the US around 2 yrs back via "company A". My passport has the H1B Visa with "company A"'s name. Last yr I changed my company to "B" but the passport still has the stamping of company A which is valid till 2007.

Now i want to go to India for a vacation and come back. Do I need to get my passport stamped with my new company "B" ? Will there be any problem if I don't get stamping for company B and come back , as my VISA is still valid. Will there be any issues at POE ?? Pls advise.

Ideally, yes! Your passport should reflect your most current status.

dont need stamping again.

u dont need stamping again. u have to your company B H1B in the POE. they will issue ur I-94 basis on company B I797. and u have to keep all the docs regarding company B
