Hi All,
My brother is in a serious problem. He is working for a company in New Mexico, and his last date with this company is 14th July 2006. My question is
1. If his company sends the termination intimation to INS/USCIS on 14th july, will I he be out of status immediately w.e.f 15th July 2006 ? or will his H1 be valid till the date on my I-94 ?
2. Does he have any grace period to get his H1 transferred to another employer ? If yes, how much time will he have after 14th July?
Please advise, we are running out of time.
