My wife is on L1. Recently i am stamped L2 dependent Visa. I am planning to go US in the month of September 06.My H1b is under process,recently i got lean number.
My wife L1,I-94 valid upto Jan 2008.Can you please suggest on which staus(EAD or H1B) i can get better oppurtunities,payand less legal problems to work in US.
1) Apply EAD, and saeraching for Job?
2)If I am in EAD status, is am eligible to apply jobs for all companies?
OR all the employers in US will offer the jobs to me?
OR is there any restriction for EAD,only limited companies only i offer jobs to me?
3)In EAD,there is no middle man or consultancy betewwen me and employer,so i can get total salary?(what are wages i am getting from the employesr,is it directly credit my account)
4)If i am in EAD status,i can eligible to get the permanenet job?
5)Better to wait for H1b petition approval,then go for stamping to Canada/Mexico,then apply jobs on H1B status?
