My h1 is approved,I want to go for stamping to delhi, can i and my wife go togethar for H1 AND H4 STAMPING,Pls let me know how to take appointment for both at a time

Yes, you can go together. in fact that was recommended.
First get your appointment then you will get a optopn to add applicant, add then proceed.
