When can an H1 be transferred???

Hi guys,

I want to know in which of the below mentioned stages can an H1 be transferred???

Stage 1. When the petition is filed and not yet approved.
Stage 2. The petition is approved but interview not taken.
Stage 3. Interview taken but not travelled.

Hi,

H1 transfers are possible only when you travel to US and get atleast one months Paystub from your current employer who filed your H1, by sitting in your home country i think it is going to be difficult. This is just my suggestion, not legal advice.

You can transfer h1B only if you are presently in H1B status.
