DS156 error fillinf - Urgent help!!!!

I had an interview for H1B visa last month (June) . It was approved .

However, I just recognised that it was filled single in DS156 . Now I would like to apply H4 for my spouse and daughter .

Is there any way to correct that information to married status ????

Do you want change the DS156 for the VISA that was alreary approved???
Or do you want change the DS156 of your spouse...?

what do you mean by "approved visa"?
Okay, if I understand correctly, you want to change some info (like Marital status) in your wife's DS156 form. is that right?
If yes, go online on VFS site and modify the info
Just remember, col1-14(or12) in DS156 cannot be modified once form is submitted, so if you want to change any of those items, take another printout with corrections highlighted, handover both the forms to officer and explain reg changes when asked

You cannot correct the details on the DS 156 that you have already submitted. Make a cover letter for your wife to take to the consulate, and in that explain this inadvertant error. Should not be a big issue. Make sure that your spouse carries proof of marriage.
