Hello guys,

I need advice regarding my h1 b visa. Planning to go for interview in Nov 06.
But my concern is actually i got rejected student visa 2 times in 2004. Will this effect my H1B now?
I am really worried about this, Plz help me..........
Any input is helpful....

Well it should not matter, as long as the earlier visa was NOT rejected based on **** docs.
Be confident, and check with your colleagues/friends who went H1 on the process. You should be good
