  • H1 question..

    Hi,

I'm currently working for a reputed company (Company A) in Delhi. I have filed H1B thru a consultant (Company B), for which I haven't got the approval yet. Now, I have got an onsite offer from another company (Company C) in Delhi.

Pls advise me whether changing a job from Company A to Company C for an onsite opportunity would put a bad effect on my H1 processing thru the consultant?

    Thanks.

    i dont think so

not really...when u say onsite do u mean B1...if thats the case u cant have two different nonimmigrant visas (B1 and H1).. at the same time...again, if u change employers , that shudnt really bother H1 guys....but my suggestion is DONT....this is wht i feel....

    correct me if i'm wrong

    MAY GOD BLESS EVERYBODY!!!
