Hello
I have recently changed jobs. My existing Visa , is by my Old company and is valid till Mid September. My H-1 has been transferred to my new company and all documentation is in place. However i still need to get my Visa stamping done . In mean while i have to go to India on a business trip...however i will not be able to get my stamping done there as there are no appointments at the embassy.
My question is: Can i enter US again on my exising visa stamping(by my old company).
I do not want to take unnecessary risk and am not keen on travelling unless i am sure that i can come back to this country in AUg. Please let me know if anyone has travelled in similar situation.
