Re-entry Quesion

Hi,

I'm planning to visit India in the next month. I have valid visa stamp on my passport with my previous employer. I've changed employer recently and they have filed my petition and its in processing.

My question is -
can I re-enter in to US with the valid visa stamp (with the previous employer) that I already have ?

Please help!

You need the petition from the current employer approved first before you can reenter. You don't need another stamping in the passport.

Hello sir,
Since I have a valid stamped visa. Will it be sufficient to carry INS receipt along with me? I may or may not get the petetion document by that time.
