I just wanted to know re premium processing for I-129. In their letter, they received the document July 5, 2006. Notice date states July 10, 2006. For premium processing, it's 15 days. which date from the above mentioned shall we start counting? from the date the document was received? or from the time that they wrote/sent the notice? Please help...thank you
