My husband is currently working in the US. We, the h4 dependents are scheduled for an interview on august 21, 2006. However, here is the problem i am facing.
1. He is working with company A and we will be using the papers of company A. However, he already submitted his H1 transfer with company B and got the receipt notice already from USCIS. Company B asked him to resign with his current company on august 1 and his last day with Company A will be on August 22.
Here are my questions:
1. Should he resign with company a, and they cancel his h1 with them...how long will it take?
2. What would be the best thing for me and the kids to do? should we proceed with the interview since his last day is still august 22? or wait for the other petition?
Please help us, we would really like to go on with the interview on august 21 but i am not confident enough if this will be a good idea. any suggestions would really be of help to me.
