My friend got a H1B trough company A and he heard that they are not paying properly and putting so much conditions.So he approached company B and they said that they can transfer the visa once he reach US. He reached US on Jun 1st week and comp B applied for visa transfer and he received the receipt number.He started working for company B with the receipt number.Attorney got RFE for company details and employee status.He spoke with Attorney and he said that he can handle it.He didn’t receive the pay stub so far.He can get it on 3rd of August. In the mean time comp A came to know that he is in US and they started troubling him.
Please clarify the doubts. It will be great help.
1. Can he continue to work for comp B with the receipt number?
2. Will he be in out of status if comp A cancels his visa?
3. what will happen if the case rejected?
