H1b transfer-travel to India-pls help

Dear Admin or Anyone,

I have come to US through company A with a visa valid till september 2007. I transferred my H1 now through company B and got new H1b approval notification which has new I-94 valid till june 2009. Now I need to travel to India for 3 weeks. Since my passport has a valid visa till sept 2007 through first employer would I require stamping when entering US again as my petitioner got changed now?

Please advice if anyone has gone through same condition earlier.

I think, you don't need stamping again as your visa is valid till next yr.
